Our Cleveland location offers the Chattanooga Region’s most comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology Services. This location is offered for the convenience of those living in other parts of our Chattanooga region and offer the excellent care you find across all of our locations. For the majority of our patients at Siskin Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation, we offer one on one care with the patient and their therapist. We acknowledge the needs and assistance required by our patients and allow for our well-trained staff to spend a full hour with each patient.
CLEVELAND SERVICES

Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation is a non-invasive therapy to treat patients with balance and/or dizziness problems.

Cognitive Rehabilitation utilizes evidence-based treatment methods to assist in recovery and/or compensation for the cognitive difficulties that you may be experiencing.

The ultimate goal of the Low Vision Program is to help people with low vision safely perform daily activities.

The goal of Siskin Hospital’s occupational therapists is to successfully return you to an active, independent lifestyle.

The Osteoporosis Program at Siskin Hospital helps maintain bone mass and improves posture, strength and balance for those with osteoporosis or who are at risk of developing it.

The Pain Rehabilitation Program reduces pain intensity and the misuse of medication, maximizes and maintains the patient’s physical activity, increases the ability to manage pain, and returns the patient to productivity at home and work.

Physical Therapy primarily works to improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance through evaluations and physical interventions in order to promote mobility, functional ability, and quality of life following an injury or disease process.

SLPs are trained to address a wide range of problems that can interfere with daily interactions, vocational, or educational activities.
