This introductory, low intensity class uses developed movements to increase muscular strength, tone, balance and control. The class focuses on breath control & moving mediation.

Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving muscle control, coordination, strength and tone, as well as alignment and breathing.

Gentle Yoga/Yoga Flow is designed to be adaptive for all levels of yoga interests and focuses on stretching and relaxation techniques for the mind and body. Vinyasa Yoga, often referred to as Flow Yoga, allows you to string postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. You will develop a more balanced body as well as brining consciousness to each movement in each moment. Chair Yoga offers gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or aid of a chair.

This class offers a full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups, including the integration of strength and stretching exercises.

This class is intended to enhance your overall physique. This is a multi-level full body workout that will test your cardiovascular endurance through circuit training. This class will leave you feeling toned, firm and confident.

This is a Tabata style strength and cardio circuit class that will challenge your muscles and endurance. All exercises can be modified. (High Intensity)

This class is designed to strengthen your core from your shoulders down to your hips. By using different modalities, no part of your core will be left untouched. (Moderate Intensity)

Group Aquatics Classes
The Siskin Health & Fitness Center’s variety of pool exercise options are a fun way to get a great workout while benefitting from the weightless feeling of the water. For anyone who may have joint problems, this greatly reduces the stress placed on joints during a traditional workout. Bring your swimsuit and enjoy a workout in the water!
The Exercise Pool can be used for swimming or walking laps, as well as for group aquatic classes. It features several depth levels to allow for differing heights. The large Whirlpool is perfect for loosening up or relaxing after a good workout.

Aqua Hit is a fun, fast-paced water workout that combines cardio, core, balance and strength training. You can expect your heart rate to increase in this interval style class with a proper warm up and cool down.
Tuesday + Thursday - 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. -
We will increase your cardiovascular endurance with supersets and circuits, increase core strength and challenge balance. If you are new to the pool or not, this is a great class to start with or add to your routine.

You will move to the music, get your heart rate up and gain flexibility without realizing how hard you are actually working. You determine the intensity by the equipment you choose and how fast you are able to move.
