We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Outpatient Physical Therapist or PTA – PRN to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as prescribed by a qualified physician, and work closely with our skilled team to support the recovery and independence of each patient. You’ll also be part of a collaborative environment that thrives on effective communication, exceptional patient care, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and direct physical therapy evaluations and treatments as prescribed.

  • Supervise students after one year of experience, offering guidance and mentorship.

  • Provide clinical supervision to PTAs and/or Technicians, ensuring quality patient care.

  • Engage with patients, families, vendors, physicians, and visitors daily to foster a supportive and positive environment.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

This role reports to the Clinic Manager at Offsite Locations and/or the Director of OP Therapy Services at the Main Campus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or graduation from an accredited program.

  • Experience: No experience required – we welcome new grads!

  • Licensure/Certification: Licensed (or eligible) in Tennessee and CPR certification.

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to assist with the transfer and mobility of patients of varying sizes and needs.

  • Proficient in performing physical manipulative skills such as patient positioning and operating treatment equipment.

  • Ability to remain on your feet, sit, or stand for extended periods, with a focus on optimal body mechanics.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant therapeutic concepts while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

  • Monday to Friday
